On the market for almost 2 years!
The DCC was constructed by Kennecott Land back in 2004 when the community was established. The plan was that as the community matured and the HOA stabalized, then the DCC would transfer from Kennecot Land into the hands of the HOA. There is enough land to build a swimming pool on about a third of the 1 acres site adjacent to the DCC.
