Daybreak has been deemed #5 in the U.S. for Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities of Mid-Year 2020! Year to date new home sales in Daybreak are up 40%! All this despite living through a pandemic. New home sales did have a small hit in March and April as stay-at-home orders we implemented. However as restrictions lifted there was a sudden surge of demand in home sales.

Utah County just released their list of Delinquent Parcels. This might be a good opportunity for you.

They intend to sell these parcels for cash, May 23rd at 10:00 am. You can look at the delinquent amounts to see the minimum bid each will sell for.

Each property will be auctioned off to the highest bidder.

Last week ALEX VEIGA of the Associated Press reported that "Lenders took back more homes in August than in any month since the start of the U.S. mortgage crisis." This number contrasts the positive news that the number of foreclosures beginning the process are actually declining and have been declining for the past seven months. The number of default notices was down only 1% from July, but down 30% from August of last year.
