 Craving a chai tea, pastry, or something more substantial like a salad or sandwich, but don't feel like driving through road construction to get it?   Look no further!  Biscotts Bakery & Cafe is open for business in Daybreak's newest village, Highland Park.   Grab your laptop, a good book, or the family dog and head on over.  Biscotts is dog friendly, offers free wifi, a kid's menu, and has lots of seating options to linger for an hour or two.   Good luck focusing on your book though, Biscotts' food is so yummy and their interior is so innovative that it's hard to concentrate on anything but their amazing food and decor! In addition to their daily menu items, Biscotts offers catering for various events and is open from 9am-9pm daily; closed Tuesdays.

According to USA Today, South Jordan is among the top 50 cities in America to live in.  A contributing factor in South Jordan achieving this status is the rapid growth of Daybreak, attracting 400+ new residents a year.   Once completed, Daybreak will nearly double the size of South Jordan, which currently has just over 69,000 residents.   Other factors include the 4.1% poverty rate and 3.0% unemployment rate.  What does this mean for those looking to buy or sell in the 84009? According to the Salt Lake Board of Realtors' third quarter statistics, South Jordan ranked number 9 out of 10 for most expensive zip codes along the Wasatch Front.  The average price for a home in South Jordan is $441,592, a hike of 8% compared to last year's third quarter stats.

Large scale wallpapers are a hot trend in interior design this year.  They are fairly simple to install and depending upon the size of the room and the style you choose, they can be an inexpensive update to your space. Wallpaper, if hung property,  will last a long time and it helps hide imperfections in walls.
