Living at Daybreak
Daybreak is a great place to live. You'll be making the right decision for you and your family when you choose to relocate to Utah's #1 community. Here are just a few of the things that make Daybreak a great place to live.
About > Living at Daybreak
Oquirrh Lake
Enjoy sunset walks on trails overlooking Daybreak's very own Oquirrh Lake. The lake is stocked with Bluegill, Rainbow Trout, and Large Mouth Bass. The bridges over the lake are 26 ft tall which is perfect for sailboats to sail under. The boats, canoes, kayaks, are all free to Daybreak Homeowners for use.
Parks and Recreation
Over 1,000 acres of sports fields, pools, and parks. Daybreak is the place to play, BBQ, hike, bike, walk, sit, run, and do whatever. If you are an active and outdoorsy person, you are in the right place. Everything is built with walkability in mind. No matter where you live, parks and recreation are no more than 5 minutes away by foot.
Daybreak Community Center
Daybreak Community Center is full of neighbors working out, playing basketball, playing volleyball, or enjoying activities such as dancing, karaoke, movies and games. Daybreak has a yearly Sweethearts dance where couples can enjoy a live band, dinner, pictures, and dancing with your neighbors.
Neighborhood Life
Neighborhood Life! Neighborhoods put on events such as a neighborhood Luau, Sweethearts Dance, and many other activities. We also have done 3 non-profit activities donating to charities last year. There are even clubs to join such as the Book Club for Women, Bible Study, Activities Committee, Garden Club, Wine Club, Volleyball Club, Golf Club, and many others.
