We are already three weeks into the new year...where are you with your 2018 fitness goals?  Are you on track with your goals or are you avoiding the gym because of crowded gyms, high membership fees and long term contracts?  The Daybreak Community Center (DCC) offers a FREE gym packed with nautilus and cardio machines, free weights, an indoor track (14 laps = 1 mile), open court access, plus an assortment of classes and daycare for a small fee.
