The Island in Daybreak is finally open! If you missed the grand opening of the Destination Homes Townhouses, or the Rainey and Holmes Homes model homes last Saturday, check out some of the pictures we captured, you won't be disappointed! Beginning in 2019, Daybreak residents will see construction start in the North Shore Village Center, also known as the big dirt parking lot where the Thursday food trucks congregate. A 17,000 square foot Harmons Market will anchor the center with additional space for future restaurants, retail, and residential units. While smaller in size, Harmons Market carries 85% of of the items available in the larger Harmons stores, and provides a convenient walk-able alternative to big box grocery stores. Daybreak plans to build the first residential units in the North Shore Village Center to coincide with the opening of the Harmons Market.
