Beginning in 2019, Daybreak residents will see construction start in the North Shore Village Center, also known as the big dirt parking lot where the Thursday food trucks congregate. A 17,000 square foot Harmons Market will anchor the center with additional space for future restaurants, retail, and residential units.  While smaller in size, Harmons Market carries 85% of of the items available in the larger Harmons stores, and provides a convenient walk-able alternative to big box grocery stores.
