Anchor Store Announced for Daybreak's North Shore Village Center

Beginning in 2019, Daybreak residents will see construction start in the North Shore Village Center, also known as the big dirt parking lot where the Thursday food trucks congregate. A 17,000 square foot Harmons Market will anchor the center with additional space for future restaurants, retail, and residential units.  While smaller in size, Harmons Market carries 85% of of the items available in the larger Harmons stores, and provides a convenient walk-able alternative to big box grocery stores. Daybreak plans to build the first residential units in the North Shore Village Center to coincide with the opening of the Harmons Market.  In addition to maintaining the Thursday food truck event, the pier and boardwalk areas will remain in their current locations and become a permanent feature of the new village center experience. Daybreak will announce additional commercial tenants at a future date.
