Dig It or Ditch It

Kitchen organization has become a huge industry with pull-out spice cabinets, drawers, garbage bins, divided cabinets for baking sheets, and then you have all the different organizers that you can add to the inside of your cabinets, like lid organizers, and tiered spice racks, risers for plates, hooks for mugs or measuring cups, and lazy susans for those items that get lost behind your more frequently used items.  There's Command hooks, and a million different labels for canisters, magnetic strips for knives,  etc... but the one kitchen organizer that has some homeowners on the fence, is the pot rack.  Some say they are great for being able to reach your pots and pans without digging way back in a cabinet, or that they create a "lived in" feel (add warmth); others say they are an eye sore as most pots and pans, over time, become pretty dirty from everyday use, or that they disrupt the flow of a kitchen.  What's your take on the pot rack?  Do you dig it or ditch it? If you dig it, do you store more than your pots and pans like the one pictured below?
