Utah County just released their list of Delinquent Parcels. This might be a good opportunity for you.

They intend to sell these parcels for cash, May 23rd at 10:00 am. You can look at the delinquent amounts to see the minimum bid each will sell for.

Each property will be auctioned off to the highest bidder.
