The market activity continues to improve! We're now heading into one of the busiest times of the year for home sales. Historically March has a large increase in sales and buyer activity. But we have a few obstacles we didn't have last year.
Activity has been increasing all year. The number of homes being purchased is increasing faster than the number of homes for sale is increasing. Inventory is running out and buyers are fighting over the good homes. If you want to sell your home and still be able to purchase a home at these record interest rates, now is the time to act!

It's a lawyer, they must know what they are talking about right? They were told that if they paid the lawyer instead of the bank they would get their home free and clear and not have to pay the bank anymore.
