The Rise of the House of Loeffler!

You may have heard of the famous house of Usher. Well move over Mr. Poe, there's another house in town! This year's Utah Parade of Homes highlights a beautiful mansion built for Usher's co-manager David Loeffler!

The home was built by the custom home builders at Lane Myers construction. The design was inspired by traditional French architecture. It is situated in the mountains of Draper providing majestic views over the valley.

You can see from the floorplan that the design is extremely spacious! This home comes loaded with everything a Utah Family needs: 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 'numerous' fireplaces, and 4 master suites! You won't want to miss the grand staircase entry, theater room, and ballroom! What is the total size of this home? 20,222 square feet!  (Notice the clear omission of a family vault, to prevent the premature entombment of siblings.)

There have been no photos posted of the interior, but if you just can't wait to see what it looks like on the inside, hop on over to the Parade of Homes website and get yourself some tickets to tour the home in person.

The home is owned by David Loeffler, Usher's co-manager.

My friends nicknamed me Utah Dave in high school because they said it didn't matter where we went in Utah, I would know how to get there and who we needed to talk to. The name sticks today as UtahDave has formed into a professional real estate network of Neighborhood Experts all across the state. I live in Daybreak with my wife and 4 amazing children. I enjoy dancing (which is how I met my wife Dawn) as well as traveling, coaching, and learning.
