Daybreak’s Trail Crossing Shopping Center, located off 10400 South and the Mountain View Corridor, has officially announced new dining and service stores that will be coming to the area. To go along with the Smith’s Neighborhood Marketplace with all it has to offer, now comes four different dining options and five other awesome service businesses as well. They are as follows:
Dining: Arby’s, Swig, Marco’s Pizza and Beans & Brews Coffee House
Services: Wells Fargo, Great Clips, Pony Express Dental, Nails 4 U, and Discovery Kids
This is just another milestone in the development of Daybreak and will be a huge benefit to residents in the area. As Scott Kaufmann, Vice President of Commercial Development for Daybreak Communities put it, “Daybreak is leading the way for smart, sustainable growth in the Salt Lake Valley. We are not only the fastest-growing community in Utah, but we are becoming the next great place for businesses. The opening of Trail Crossing Shopping Center marks another step in that effort and places significant investment along the very important Mountain View Corridor.”
This is just the beginning as more businesses will be announced at a later date.
