With an estimated completion date of late 2023, Daybreak's newest amenity, The Watercourse, is going to truly be a variety of experiences! With winding canals, lakelets, waterfalls, brooks, and islands, there is something for all to enjoy. The focal point of the The Watercourse is the Cove with an outdoor lawn area for events, covered pavillion, and a clubhouse called "Cove House". If your dream is to live just a short walk away from the Watercourse, plans for Cascade Village, the newest neighborhood, will be released later this year.
