The Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® recognized Craig's accomplishments and drive by awarding him the Realtor® of the Year Award. The yearly event, honors Salt Lake's top real estate professionals based on sales volume and service.

What is Realtor® of the Year?

The Realtor® of the Year award honors Realtors® who are committed to diligently serving the public as well as improving in their real estate profession. Craig demonstrates his service to the public by applying his years of knowledge and experience during their purchase. He continually improves his skills by participating in more than 70 hours of education each year. That is nearly 10 times the educational requirement  Since the tradition began in 1960, Craig Hawker is the 53rd Realtor® to be honored with this award.

Who is Craig Hawker

Craig Hawker has been a Realtor® for more than 11 years. He is a dedicated, full-time, real estate specialist. He has a passion for education to improve his skills, as well as educating others. He has received other awards including the Hall of Fame award which he has received five times. This award is presented to Realtors® who have at least $5 million or 25 closings during the award year. In addition to his vast experience in Utah he also possesses 19 years of out-of-state experience.

"I believe that excellent service and a reputation for honesty, integrity and reliability are just as important as helping buy & sell homes", says Craig Hawker. "My goal is to provide superior service at all times and provide all the information needed to make wise decisions."

Craig holds several professional designations including: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, e-PRO technology certification, Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI), and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Hawker is also a past member of the Board of Directors of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors®.
