Deck the Homes! is UtahDave.com's 2013 Christmas light contest.

UtahDave.com is giving away over $1500 in cash and prizes this Christmas season! We're looking for the best Christmas lights and decorations in the area. Photos of the homes are posted on Facebook for you to vote for your favorite. The home with the most likes will win a cash prize!

That's not the only way to win however. You can be entered into a drawing for additional prizes for sending a photo of a home and sharing the contest on Facebook. If you want to drive around and enjoy the lights in person we have a map of the best Christmas lights.

3 Ways to Win!

(You must 'like' UtahDave.com on Facebook to qualify)

1. Take a photo of the lights on your house (or find a neighbor's home with lights)
• the house with the most likes on Facebook will win 1st prize
2. Nominate your home or a neighbor's for the contest
• To nominate a home send the following to homes@utahdave.com
• A photo of the home with the Christmas lights on
• The home address
• Your contact information
3. Share the contest publicly on Facebook
• You can share any of the following
• This blog
• The entire photo album
• A specific home photo for others to vote on

• First prize ($500) will be awarded to the home with the most likes on Facebook
• Second prize ($250) will be awarded to the home chosen by a panel of judges
• Nomination prize - everyone who nominates one or more home(s) will be entered into a drawing for additional prizes
• Sharing prize - all who share the contest publicly on Facebook will be entered into a drawing for additional prizes
• Additional prizes includes Tablets, Jazz Tickets, Movie  Gift certificates, and more.
