Hi, my name is Jim Fahs, owner of Wasatch Home Inspections and sole inspector – it’s just me. I’ve worked full-time in home inspections since 1995 – I’m in my 21st year. At first I went to work as an employee of a multi-inspection home inspection company in Florida. Four years later I bought that company and over the next 14 years we grew from 6 to 14 full-time employees. We performed about 40,000 home inspections in the Tampa Bay area during my ownership.
A couple of years ago I sold that company and moved to Utah where I’m starting anew. So far I’ve performed over 500 Utah home inspections.
