Daybreak homesform a unique community of neighborhoods in South Jordan, Utah. They offer a wide range of choices yet form a cohesive, integrated community that combines small-town charm with big-city vitality. If those are qualities you're seeking in your next neighborhood, Daybreak homes might be a great fit for you.

The seven Daybreak homes neighborhoods all feature wide-open spaces, a vibrant business center at SoDa Row, and speedy TRAX connections to downtown.

Founders Village

The first Daybreak community, Founders Village, opened in 2004. Located on the south side of the community, Founders Village is close to some of Daybreak’s best amenities, such as the community center, neighborhood parks and the "glass house."

These Daybreak homes feature classical neighborhood design and the classic architecture we associate with older communities.

North Shore

The third phase of Daybreak is higher density with more affordable homes. They range from excellent starter homes up to large single-family homes. For those who want to downsize, there is also an excellent selection of maintenance-free homes that are ideal for those who want to downsize.

Although North Shore-area homes stay true to the character of Daybreak, our builders have integrated a wide range of options, from green living to contemporary style.

Eastlake Village

Six different builders came together in 2006 to open Daybreak’s second phase, Eastlake, the premier village of the seven. Located on the east side of Oquirrh Lake, it has access to the shoreline, lake activities, walking trails, two linear parks and one of Daybreak’s elementary schools.

Eastlake features the largest of the Daybreak homes, with a diversity of architecture and style.

Garden Park

Garden Park’s single-level, maintenance free homes are designed for active residents age 55 and older. Homes are designed to provide single-level and maintenance-free living with less yard work. Located southwest of Oquirrh Lake, the neighborhood has easy access to swimming, fitness, tennis, gardening and other activities. Nearby are SoDa Row, TRAX stop and the Garden Park Club House, which includes a lap pool, fitness facility, park and community garden.

Creekside Village

This village is named after the beautiful creek that runs through it. It is northwest of Oquirrh Lake and includes Brookside Park, one of the largest parks in Daybreak. The park includes a soccer field, swimming pool, basketball and volleyball courts and a zip line, plus paddling and playing in the creek.

Lake Village

This is the newest phase of Daybreak homes, having opened in 2013. Built in the area’s prime locations along the west shore of Oquirrh Lake, each home is unique. Amenities include beautiful views, usable yard space and easy access to the lake.

South Station

This village, the newest in Daybreak, has just been announced and emphasizes urban style. When complete, the homes of South Station will meet the new EPA 3.0 Energy Star rating, saving owners hundreds of dollars per month on utilities.

South Station’s homes will be conveniently located near the TRAX South Station, a stroll away from the UTA light rail platform. This gives them a quick and easy connection to the airport, downtown, the University of Utah and Frontrunner.

With such a broad range of home sizes and options united into a integral style, any individual or family can find the right house or apartment among our Daybreak homes. Arrange a visit and discover the benefits of a full complement of services and amenities and fast, convenient connections to the entire valley and the Salt Lake City metropolis.
