This Saturday (Oct 12) from 1 pm – 4 pm is the Grand Opening of the brand new Lake Village!

This is an event that you do not want to miss. You will be able to see 7 beautiful homes along Oquirrh Lake. Each of them will host a lake-inspired activity including: fly-casting clinics, live music, fire-side cappuccinos, cooking demonstrations, and more.

You’ll notice how the entire neighborhood highlights its prime location along the Oquirrh lake. Each of the homes are thoughtfully positioned to take advantage of the beautiful lake views and water access. These homes include single-family homes (starting in the $300s) as well as waterside condos (starting in the mid $200s).  Daybreak has drawn upon some of the country’s best architects to provide a unique and luxurious feel to the new neighborhood.

Close proximity to the Oquirrh Lake gives residents quick access to the active lifestyle that makes Daybreak so great. In Lake Village you’re only minutes away from paddle-boarding, kayaking, angling, and building sand castles. You’re also close to the scenic trails for jogging, biking, picnicking and watching the beautiful sunsets.

Lake Village has been designed with shorter blocks to provide quicker access routes to the lake as well as numerous connections to the vast network of trails around the lake and other areas. The homes have also been carefully staggered around shared green spaces to provide more unobstructed views. In addition, the unique landscape allows homes further from the lake to be higher than the homes closer to the lake. Think of it like stadium seating which allows more people to enjoy the beautiful views.

The planners of this community have listened to what residents want and are glad to accommodate them. Many homeowners want more yard space and privacy in Daybreak. Designers kept this in mind while designing not only the homes, but the lots that they sit on. What would have been long and skinny yards have been compressed to provide more usable space, larger yards, more light, and improved privacy. They have also designed the homes themselves with less wall space,  and more glass so you can enjoy the outdoors even when you’re indoors.

Come check out the new village this Saturday!

If you can’t make it to the grand opening let me know so we can schedule a private tour for you.
