Daybreak had its ‘soft opening,’ of Lakeside Village which is on the peninsula in Daybreak. The builders were working hard the night before to have layouts of their new floor plans in the new village so that all the special invitees could have a peek. They asked me to come out in my Gem car (golf cart) to help chauffeur people to the homes back and forth. Even though it rained right at 1pm there was still a huge turnout. People are excited to see what is happening in the new village. Pricing still wasn’t quite ready though. There will be homes from the $200′s up to 1 Million, so there is plenty of variety to choose from.
Take a look at Rainey’s home that sits right on the lake. Rumor has it that it is Daybreak’s newest $1 Million dollar home. It sits right on the lake with amazing views as you can see. Not only is it a new floor plan it is amazing. The master suite upstairs has 2 walk-in closets and takes advantage of all the lake views. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and a guest suite on the main level. The basement will be finished with another 2 potential bedrooms (depending on how one would make the ‘flex space.’) and a movie room.
