I was strollin’ around in Daybreak the other day and found a fun Halloween House!

I’m a big fan of Halloween and really enjoy the creativity of the season. It’s fun to see someone else going all out for the Holiday.

I especially liked this sign advertising the home as a “Dead & Breakfast”.

We all know that Daybreak is an active community and loaded with parks and biking trails. Apparently it even attracts the active un-dead.

Check out this wrap around porch! Apparently I’m not the only one who likes the extra lounging room!

This fun Halloween house is on Top View, so bring the kids by I’m sure they’ll love it!

The Associated Press reports: “Kennecott’s Daybreak community ranked sixth for 2009 home sales among leading U.S. planned communities.” 365 homes were sold in Daybreak during 2009.

They attribute Daybreak’s success to the homes individually as well as the appeal of the community as a whole: ”Daybreak offers houses with traditional porches, pocket parks, lots of trails and wide-open surrounding spaces.”

The Gadberry data group recently conducted a study to determine the fastest growing cities in each state. While other cities across the United States have struggled, these cities have seen growth. The study group focused on factors such as an increase in the number of households, income, and houshold net worth, to determine which cities were showing the greatest growth. Their research, published in Business Week revealed that South Jordan is the fastest growing city in the state of Utah!

When outlining reasons for South Jordan’s persistent growth, Gadberry states, “Development in this city was fueled by the availability of land and large lots, plannedcommunities, and a charming rural atmosphere. The new Daybreak Community development is expected to…
